The ultra compact Q1K amplifier is the modular amplifier solution for any large scale installation. At 2 rack units high and just a quarter rack unit wide, each Q1K module delivers 2 x 500 watts or can be bridged to produce a single channel of 1000 watts. That’s up to 8 channels of 500W in just 2 rack spaces! Each amp has a built in power supply, so no unsightly power bricks to try to hide. A rack tray makes rack mounting easy. Each module features a range of hidden controls to tailor each installation. Behind the panel is independent high pass controls at either 35 or 85 Hz to protect the MX cabinets, and a separate 100 Hz low pass filter for running an MXS10. Other controls include front panel lock input summing and ground lift. The building block design ensures the exact number of amplifiers can be installed at each location so no channels are left unused.
