For those familiar with the legacy of NEXO and the brand’s industry-leading engineering, it comes as no surprise that the French manufacturer’s latest point-source system, the P+ Series, has found its way into some of the most celebrated music venues on Australian soil.

Recently spotted at Max Watts during Mammal’s ‘The Penny Drop’ album launch party, P15 wedges were on stage as part of the venue’s high-end technical loadout. A leading entertainment destination since 1997, the 850-capacity underground setting has long been a favourite of major touring acts, thanks in part to its highly capable audiovisual capabilities. A live music hotspot at the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, Max Watts contends with the technical demands and challenges typical of any high-profile music venue. As such, the inclusion of NEXO’s P15 system deployed as monitor wedges is far from surprising.

Engineered in France, NEXO’s P+ Series is becoming a standard feature of many prominent music venues nationwide, thanks to a combination of versatile features, exceptional clarity and a smooth response across the full frequency spectrum. Optional magnetic flanges for varying HF coverage, along with ‘quick-release’ steel grilles for toolless access to the horn are only some of the advantages that have seen the P15’s popularity grow exponentially since release.

Paired with NEXO’s NXAMPMk2 amplifiers for power and processing, P15s are capable of exceptional sonic performance whilst maintaining a very compact physical footprint.
