The Elektron Outbox 8 is a versatile eight-channel audio/CV breakout box and USB host designed to expand your connectivity, with added creative possibilities. It adds eight fully configurable physical outputs to a connected device, letting you send audio and CV in any combination its capabilities allow. Route your audio to mixers, effects, and more- channel by channel. Or convert MIDI into CV signals to control your modular rig and other CV-controllable devices.
Outbox 8 is compatible with Elektron Overbridge-enabled units, USB class-compliant MIDI devices, and many USB class-compliant audio devices. Outbox 8 also works as an audio interface, adding eight more outputs to your computer.

Send Audio
Outbox 8 enables you to route individual tracks or submixes from your compatible Elektron machine for external processing, mixing, or performance.
Send CV
With Outbox 8, you can assign outputs to CV duties – pitch, gate, trig, value lin, or clock – to bring modular and other CV-controllable gear into the same setup.
MIDI to CV
Use Outbox 8 as a dedicated USB MIDI-to-CV interface. Play, sequence, modulate, and synchronize modular systems and other CV-capable instruments with your Elektron box. Or connect a MIDI controller to play and control them directly.
8-Out Audio Interface
Connect Outbox 8 to your computer, tablet or phone and use it as an eight-output USB audio interface. Route channels from your DAW to mixers, effects, monitors, or other external hardware, while also converting MIDI into CV where needed.
