It’s no surprise then that when the D LINE was released last year, the HD10 and HD12 boxes became overnight favourites. The D LINE has also brought with it a new active line array module complete with a matched active sub. The result? A new level of versatility previously unseen.
The HDL20-A Active module is the central cabinet of the D LINE system and the HDL18-AS sub, finds itself as the perfect partner.
The HL20-A can be flown in stacks of as many as 16 boxes. The beauty of this system, thanks RCF’s thoughtful rigging development, is that a HDL20-A and HDL18-AS can be ground stacked in a variety of ways also. That means that this PA can be used at a bar for a live gig one night, then flown at a festival the next.
The driver technology behind the HD series is also pretty cool. Unlike most manufacturers, RCF design and manufacture their own drivers which further reinforces their unquestionable quality. The drivers in the HDL20-A have been designed to faithfully reproduce natural vocals at longer distances while ensuring SPL remains stable at higher volumes. That means it sounds great no matter how hard its being driven, fancy that.
