Description:
A unique site which required more than a standard audio visual solution, the Acquire Learning Hub in Melbourne’s CBD is the new beacon for those seeking further education. Shaun Foo, Director of AVRUS was determined to provide an audio solution which had low visual impact but could still provide large, even sound coverage for background music. The design incorporated RCF MQ60H’s which fit in well with the aesthetics of the space. The MQ60H speakers are 5″ and 2 x 1″ wall mount speaker with a 180 degree pattern that can be fitted back to back using a link plate accessory. By hanging these speaker in this configuration, a high quality 360 degree speaker is created. Installed over three levels throughout the premises, the client and architect are extremely happy with the form factor and sonic quality.
